In health care units, medical gas is distributed to the end-use location via a gas pipe network. A network analysis ensures that the quality of the gas distributed via the pipeline meets the requirements set forth in the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.), also at the end-use location.
We analyse the locations determined on the basis of the client’s risk analysis.
The Finnish Medicines Agency Fimea requires the analyses to be performed at least once a year and/or after any changes to the network that may lead to contamination of the pipes. An analysis certificate dating back less than a year must be presented to Fimea in connection with an inspection performed by the agency.
We perform all analyses with methods and equipment that meet the requirements of the applicable Ph. Eur.
